What is in a packet?  To gain a better understanding behind what we at 1 Ms Networks are focused on, we must look at the nexus of what drives our networks, both from a performance and reliability perspective.  To us a packet is more than a datagram used to transport our conversations, business ideas or even our most embarrassing childhood memories!  They are key to our digital life and should be treated with attention, professionalism and passion.  This attention to detail should begin at the ethernet port (or sfp for us sleepless ones) and end at the ethernet port; all elements in between this chain should be well oiled and in sync.  In general, we strive to design, maintain and build networks which meets the 1 Ms threshold or less, anything beyond this metric is simply unacceptable.
